I happen to have a strong dislike for people who spam the fuck out of a decent forum, and sign up as a second user name because they're too much of a coward to say what they've got to say as themselves. Chocolate Mouse
175g Plain Chocolate
225ml Double cream
3 tbsp water
15g Butter
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp caster sugar

1.Put chocolate & water into a bowl, then heat in microwave until its all melted.
2.Take it out and stir in the 3 egg yolks 1 at a time, then leave to cool for 15min.
3.Meanwhile whip the cream and sugar until its soft and fluffy. Stir 2 3rds of the cream into the chocolate mix. Put the mix and remaining cream in fridge.
4. Leave it for about an hour to cool, then add the remaining cream and scoff., constantly reminding people that you made it yourself and so nobody else can have any.
