This is actually a really good idea by them.

I haven't seen it up anywhere else yet, but if I can get it for 40 on Amazon, I'll probably go that route

Price point was part of the reason why I didn't get 16. Aside from me not liking the gameplay and the lack of improvement over 15. I couldn't justify paying 60 for a game that had its issues plus I was happy playing live run on the demo. A lower price plus an obvious improvement over 16 makes me actually want to get it

33% off 40 or 60?
If it's off the 40 I'll definitely bite, but 40 is already 33% off of 60 so I'd rather buy a disc copy

Now that's a pretty good idea for a pre-order bonus.

Thanks to 2k and their game and the way they ruin the released game with constant updates, I no longer pre-order anything. I no longer trust game developers and their hype.

I'll wait until I read what people say about the game, even if it costs me more to buy if I decide I want to. A discounted price on something I find to be unacceptable is wasted money to me, no matter what the product.

Two things that will definitely prevent me from buying are if injuries for me or my teammates don't occur in played out games and weak interior defense.

I'll be waiting to read what you all have to say about the released version. I'll believe you before I ever believe developers or the so-called professional reviewers.

Read an article about this and they compared it to 2K selling all pro for $20
