Meanwhile, it's nice to see Noah and Rose getting some throwback moves up there. Rose is going super saiyan everytime he is motivated. If only he could do it every single game.

Too early to say GSW was fatigued after the emotional win over OKC the previous nite? Haha
Lakers took OKC to school.

Apparently it wasn't an excuse for the Thunder the night before, so the Warriors (or rather, some of their more...outspoken fans) don't get to fall back on it either.

I bet Luke Walton had a nice strategy against the team he used to coach and that had something to do with it.

Curry being pretty cold from the field probably didn't hurt, either.
Meanwhile, LeBron has just passed Hakeem Olajuwon for the 10th spot in career points.

Dwight looking like his old self out there against Houston.

76ers, Pelicans, and Mavs are still winless for the season.
Pelican has next gen best player in prime in AD but making nothing outta it. What gives...
Harrison Barnes was supposed to keep Mavs floating around playoffs chase but is now also losing Nowitzki to injury.
76ers, lol

Despite a couple of blowout losses, the 76ers have actually looked a bit more competitive. They made the Thunder work for the victory in their first game of the season, and pushed the defending champion Cavs to the brink.

Embiid kid looks legit. Him and simmons will be fun duo to watch in a few years.

This doesn't surprise me at all. I still believe that he can still contribute, just give him the ball.

I am happy for you both haha
I for sure was skeptical of his fit in the ATL ball movement offense
Kudos to him on his great start. Hope he keeps it up

After breaking his streak of games with at least one three, Curry bounces back and breaks the record for threes in a single game, with thirteen.
You know who I feel sorry for? Donyell Marshall.

That man is still a hero! Tied with Kobe Bryant for the 2nd most 3pters in a game is still a golden milestone for him.

How could you score 39 points from 3 then only win by 10?

Indeed, and he still had a solid NBA career. It's just that being tied for the record was probably his biggest achievement. Also, it seemed like everyone covering basketball was flashing back to Kobe's record-setting performance in the wake of Curry getting the new record, and not giving Marshall much mention to him at all.

Does anyone else find this year's NBA.com site horrible especially mobile version of it?

Yeah, they have this new look but at least they improve it day by day. For example, at the start of the season, no game would have those 2 minutes videos of highlights attached to them in the web browser, not to mention the mobile version. They fixed it 4-5 days ago. If you prefer the mobile phone, I strongly recommend the NBA app. It's very improved from last year.

Just checked it out (I've preferred Yahoo! NBA for years as my first stop for news and results), and yeah, I'm not a huge fan. I get that they want to change it up every season, but I don't think there's anything wrong with finding an appealing and functional design, and sticking with it until it no longer suits your needs. Change can be good, but change for change's sake doesn't always yield the best results.

Here come the crazy trade rumors (Like Klay Thompson to the Celtics).
Let the fun begin...

Given they're off to another fine start and seem to be getting it together - Curry and Thompson scored 30 apiece against the Suns, and Durant scored 29, so they're all getting their shots - it's certainly a surprising rumour. Not sure I'd put too much stock in it at this point, given the circumstances.

Makes me wonder how Celtics fans would like this trade. Crowder is definitely an asset, so is Bradley when healthy. But landing a superstar potential player in prime doesn't come too often in this league. If I were Klay, I would embrace the opportunity. It's kinda like Harden going from 3rd wheel in OKC to HOU owning a team if things go right.

For the record, I don't think anything will happen.
However, I am a Celtics fan, I live an hour outside of Boston. I would give up Bradley, Smart, Amir johnson and a pick. Why? Because for every hustle play Marcus Smart makes, he makes a bone head play or misses a shot (he's a sub 40% shooter), and I don't see him improving much in the long run. Bradley is a good player, he brings us great defense and is a solid offensive player. But Klay is also a very good defender to go along with an amazing offensive game. Amir Johnson is very disappointing to me, and it would appealing to GS because they need a shot blocker (Zaza just isnt).
I don't know if Avery Bradley is the answer for us in general. For a guy who touches the ball as much as he does, and who brings the ball up often, he struggles to get anybody else involved. His assists numbers are horrifying for a man with his usage (before this season, his career high was 2.1 APG... his 3.9 APG this year won't last) Yes, good on ball defender, but I don't see him being a difference maker on a title contending team.
However, the Celtics at this point should move assets for an actual rebounding center if available. But you can't turn a blind eye to a player like Klay Thompson no matter what.
If you noticed, I didn't mention Jaylen Brown in a package. I love this kid, and I think he will be one hell of an NBA player.
Note: I think if we moved a package like that, we would need to see another player in the deal, even if it was a 3rd team that was involved. Because I think the package I mention above is to much for Klay.

Kerr is shooting it down, which is to be expected even if it were a possibility, but I suspect it's idle speculation that's somehow turned into a rumour.
