Nets Jersey Help

Hey everyone! Need some help with the Brooklyn Nets 2016 alternate uniform. I tried to modify the color from black to white using Gimp but it's not working out for me. Is there anyone out there that can give me some help on how to do it or if anyone can create it for me I would greatly appreciate it!
