NBA 2K13 Screenshot Thread

Some 96-97 action. Can anybody honestly say the gameplay is better on 2k14 PC? Re-discovered this game recently. Not only is it visually nice, but the gameplay is great.

P.S. With Pat's permission, someone should really convert his rosters over to 2k14. His mod has more accurate jerseys and courts then UBR for the 50's-70's (maybe the 80's too), has custom cf's for a lot of players that UBR has "look-alike" cf's assigned for, has more retro portaits then UBR and obvioulsly has all the ABA years!! Don't get me wrong, I don't mind at all throwing in 2k13 to play this awesome mod, but I wish what he's put together here was available for 2k14!

Thanks Andrew . Just used stockalone1232's retro sweetfx for 2k14. Obviously it works well for 2k13 too.

why need 2k14 mod when you have perfect 2k13 one?

strictly gameplay wise, i think 2k13 is little better and polished....

1981 Boston Celtics vs. Philadelphia 76ers

ABA vs NBA. In the Mid 70's, during the "Era of Cool" two ballers epitomize the word, Walt "Clyde" Frazier & Julius "The Doctor" Erving. Being the two annointed "Coolest Cats In The World", it was only fitting that they represented the Big Apple, the mecca of cool in the decade. 1974, it would be the last season of the New York Knicks being relevant championship contenders in the decade. After making three appearances in the NBA Finals in the early 70's (1970, 1972 & 1973), 1974 would be there last hoorah as they lost to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals. Meanwhile, in the "Other League" Dr. J was making his emergence as the most exciting player in basketball, and leading the New York Nets to their first ABA championship. The Nets would go to be the team of the ABA until the league's fall in 1976. In this "battle of cool", the two superstars would live up to there billing as Julius Erving would go for 34 pts while Walt Frazier would drop 21 pts. The new King of New York would reign victorious as the Nets win 72-60.
