nah the refs got this. better for business to have the warriors win at home

The Cavs are playing well. LoL
That said, for the survey from Andrew's post...
If the Cavaliers lose the Finals, would you blame LBJ, team, or equally?
Ofc LBJ deserves blame the most. He built this team.
I always thought the Cavs were unique. Have we ever seen a player with so much gm power? In Miami, Riley had the helm. In cle, it's a different story. He can hire and fire both players and coaches.
Thu Jun 09, 2016 1:06 pm
when the cavs lose lebron should and will get most of the blame but in the end its a team game so it falls on them all. however like NovU said (am i fucking agreeing here? really?) james built the team so he needs to take most of the blame here
Thu Jun 09, 2016 1:53 pm
My 4-0 prediction goes out the window. The Cavs are cooking while the Warriors are shooting ice cold. Can't see this repeating for three out of the four remaining games though.
Thu Jun 09, 2016 1:57 pm
Lose by 33, come back to win by 30. We know this series won't be a sweep, but will we get a game that's decided by less than ten points?
Curry kind of salvaged his numbers with that third quarter spurt, but that was a pretty below average game for him, with a terrible start.
Thu Jun 09, 2016 2:14 pm
this series is turning out to be really fucking boring
Thu Jun 09, 2016 2:39 pm
Kevin Love holding the cavs back? Lol
Thu Jun 09, 2016 2:44 pm
It is boring because there is a recurring theme. Cavs got them by balls, how impressive Cavs played tonight is irrelevant to outcome.
Love is coming back for game 4. Perhaps ppl will blame him if they lose. Excuse already prepared.
Thu Jun 09, 2016 3:04 pm
i am positive that after this win tons of idiots will be saying the cavs should just bench love for the series
Thu Jun 09, 2016 4:29 pm
Pretty boring games so far, my guess is that Cavs win 4 then the home team wins there on out.
Meh Bring on the summer league
Thu Jun 09, 2016 7:53 pm
Summer League hasn't been the same since Bo Outlaw retired.
Thu Jun 09, 2016 8:12 pm
Or since the legend that was Anthony Randolph.
At least we get to see our teams again

and new hope is restored!

Thank you Jerry West for defending LeBron against the critics and haters. Like he said, it's getting ridiculous.

Didn't you get the memo, Jeffx? It's only hating when it's directed towards the Warriors.

If he is indeed the one to shoulder most of the blame...So how do you hold ljames accountable? Blatt was fired. Most likely the big 3 will be broken up. Maybe he's the one who goes back to Miami as he suggested it to his buddy wade after one of their games. I'm sure novu can dig it up.
At least now we have a series
Fri Jun 10, 2016 7:30 am
The Cavs won't really hold him accountable; if anything, a loss might give him more stroke to demand changes. It's more a "court of public opinion" thing, a matter of his legacy.
Fri Jun 10, 2016 1:27 pm
I am hoping the next couple games will be competitive and dramatic. Perhaps the Cavs win next 2 games and it'll be fun again.

Hard to imagine he will wanna handle consequences again for ditching the Cavs again. I think he'll stay and try again. It will be interesting what moves GM James will make to the roster and franchise.

I'm afraid that might be the best thing for them to do sir. Love can still play but he shouldn't start. Not for this series at least.

Comparisons have been drawn to Kerr bringing Lee off the bench last year. It's something for Lue to consider.
Fri Jun 10, 2016 11:27 pm
Dating back to the regular season of 2016, any game Kevin Love was out with Kyrie Irving and LeBron still playing Cleveland has won. They did not lose one game without him if Kyrie and LeBron still played. They also looked better in the 2015 playoffs without him, so this is nothing new. People say "oh they just ran thru the east this year with Kevin Love". They did last year too. They only lost two playoff games in the east last year without him. That's the same as this year with him.

At this point I think it won't matter. If they lose, hIs legacy will be questioned. It will be fun to see the next game of zones take on it
Please tonites game be a good one

I really don't care for some of the things LeBron has done over the years but we focus too much on his legacy instead of his greatness. I enjoy watching him. I enjoy basketball. All this other stuff, I don't feed into. Yeah he probably will be 2-5 in the finals after this season but that does not take away from all he has accomplished. If we are determining greatness off of finals losses, then Jerry West should not be the NBA logo. It should be Jordan or Bill Russell. Hell, maybe even Robert Horry. Yeah he's making GM moves but sometimes when you are the face of your franchise, that's how the NBA business works. Dwight got Stan Van Gundy fired and even Kobe played a role in getting Shaq traded. Times have changed. Some players actually have more power than the GM because they are the reason that franchise sells tickets. LeBron knows that & he is somewhat taking advantage of it. Nothing wrong with that as long as it works. I mean they got to two finals in a row so it hasn't been a complete disaster. That is a better position to be in than most other franchises. MJ chose not to take place in GM matters and there's nothing wrong with that either. I'm sure they asked his input on certain trades and off season moves because he still wanted to compete for championships. Basically what I'm trying to say is just watch basketball.

i would have no problems if they brought him off the bench, i meant to say bench him as in not play him at all anymore

People seem to be favouring the Cavs in Game 4, which probably means another blowout victory for the Warriors as the Splash Brothers finally have a great game. That'd be my prediction.

plays like that are why people flop. clear foul not called
