Muscle Texture in Global

Hello everyone, does anyone know what file it is on the global opened w/ 3DM/2KModTool? The encircled part in the picture.

EDIT: I think i've found the texture, but when i'm importing it the muscle textures aren't appearing in-game.

Thanks bro, but i encountered another problem. I already imported it to other global, but the muscles are not visible. On the original global, it always shows.

Bro, do you know what files must I replace to change the ankle brace? I already changed two but only the design was change and not the model itself.
