I'm sorry, but I really don't think you understand. If you did, you'd stop making these threads that are all ultimately related to the same topic.
Look, I'm trying to be as nice as I possibly can be about this. I don't want to discourage you or anyone else from creating topics, or talking about the things you want to talk about. However, it's getting ridiculous at this point. A majority of your threads come back to this same obsession with coaching changes, or players becoming coaches. Even topics that aren't explicitly related to that subject still somehow come back to it, or end up mentioning it in some capacity.
It's getting tiresome, and as a result, the responses you're receiving are mostly sarcastic and mocking because people are fed up. You've got to "feel the room", as it were. These topics aren't resonating positively with anyone any more, and continuing to push the same line of conversation isn't going to change that. It's time to chill out a bit on this particular subject, find something new to talk about. Again, I'm all for talking about the things you want to talk about, but when certain topics aren't gaining any traction, it's better to give them a rest, at least for a little while. Forcing the issue is just going to make things worse.
I'm sorry to be blunt and also to shut down a conversation cold, because we do want everyone to enjoy their time here, and to feel as though they can post freely. But doing this is only going to build a reputation of being that poster who only wants to talk about one thing, and manages to shoehorn that topic into every conversation. It's going to rub people the wrong way, and at the end of the day, no one will have a particularly good time or enjoyable discussion. As I said, feel the room, find something fresh and different to talk about. It's too much of the same right now. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you're kind of going about it the wrong way and annoying people as a result. I'd like all of our regulars to develop good posting habits, so please consider my advice moving forward.
