Black Eyes! Help!

Whenever I install certain patches using customart the face and everything else shows up, but the players dont have eyes!
It doesn't happen with every patch, but every patch by tony, for example, has no eyes when I install it.
Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need to re install all the patches (which would suck) or is there another way?

2x patch should solve that
