They expect to be compensated for their property. And they should be. The same way that players are compensated for their likeness, the teams/league are compensated for their official branding, so on and so forth.

No. They can't. They can sue you for making a profit off of them. Take-Two is making a profit off of the property (in this case, tattoos), of others. Unless you are making a profit off of your mods (and a substantial one, at that), there is nothing for you to worry about. This has been going on for years and years and years. It is nothing new.
