afaik you can edit the settings on that and it has nothing to do with being quicker, the drops I did was BEFORE the lineup deadline and yet the drops only registered for the next weekly matchup and not the current one whose deadline hasn't even been reached yet.

Scenario (Weekly on Monday)

#1 - Monday's first game starts at 11:20 AM PT, you have until 11:20 AM PT on Monday to make lineup changes. Changes after the deadline will be reflected on your team the following Monday.
#2 - No games on Monday, you have until 11:59 PM PT on Monday night to make lineup changes. Changes after the deadline will be reflected on your team the following Monday.

Maybe the first game started early on your time?

lol last statement doesn't even make sense, if a game starts at 11:20 AM PT Monday then it will start at the same moment in other time zones, 2:20 PM ET Monday, 3:20 AM Phil. Time Tuesday, etc.
The same can be said with the deadline.

According to #1 I wouldn't have been able to make any lineup changes if i missed the deadline but I was able to bench KAT and Cory Joseph for Ezeli and Dragic.
You can even check my matchup last week to this week to see that I was able to change my lineup.

You can even check the league transaction logs and check the time I dropped Cory Joseph and Trey Burke. They were dropped before the deadline but the drop changes were only reflected for next week and not this week.
