Expected to see another topic that amounted to replacing coaches with former NBA players, was not disappointed.
"None of the above", because those are all random moves that have absolutely no rhyme or reason, except catering to a weird obsession to see certain players become coaches, and the fact that some of those players have connections to the teams in question. And that's assuming a couple of them actually retire at the end of the season. Also, why are we replacing Luke Walton, when the Warriors are 27-1? More to the point, why are we talking about replacing Luke Walton, when he's just filling in for Steve Kerr, who guided them to the championship last year?

I like how half of these coaches
just got hired. And many of the rest are overachieving expectations or coaching their teams in contention.
My favorite:
Magic - Fire Scott Skiles, name Mario Elie to replace and after the season, replace Elie with an Euroleague coach of the year

How can you not love Bulls one? Ray Allen coaching the team, Zach Randolph replacing Pau Gasol. The world is perfect after all.

Because it doesn't even have a coach lined up, just fire Skiles, keep paying him, then give his top assistant the job just to fire him, and then hire some random Euroleague COY winner. Even though the team is 17-12.
It's like if the Cavaliers fired their coach after last season to hire David Blatt for this season.

How about you add the possibility of Kobe being the first ever player-coach in the NBA next season?

Absolutely gonna happen. But after being part of the Lakers dynasty for so long, I think he's gonna take his talents to the arch enemies, the Boston Celtics. Everybody loves a good drama.

Yes, but then guess what? Kobe buys the whole Celtics franchise and moves it to LA.

What about Raptors replacing Dwane Casey with Jose Mourinho?
Fri Dec 25, 2015 8:11 pm
Pretty shocked that my name wasn't put forward to replace someone, I could of replaced someone like Pop's in SA.

Louis van Gaal and Guardiola also seem to be on the move. They'd be a nice fit in Toronto, along with Mourinho. I don't know man, it's just a tough decision to chose just one of those 3. Maybe hire one as head coach, the second as an assistant coach, and finally, the third one as the hand of the King of the North.

Kobe is from Philly, clearly he's the Sixers next GM/Coach.
Fri Dec 25, 2015 8:50 pm
No Benji iam pretty sure Charles Barkley called first dibs in Philly

Jud Buechler to coach the Bulls. You think the Warriors are tearing up the league right now? Just wait and see what Air Jud does in Chicago!

Hmm. Pacquiao enters the NBA and signs with the Warriors. He takes over the team and Curry takes over team as coach.

Nah, Pacquiao will be their playing head coach, just like here.

This is an amazing idea. Beats the plan of hiring the Lunatic Fringe Dean Ambrose as GM.

I also think we should look at Hulk Hogan replacing Adam Silver, I'd like to see what he could do for the league.
Sat Dec 26, 2015 6:24 am
I think Jeff Jarrett would be a better choice. Hogan would put himself over and bury that vanilla midget Steph Curry.

Fair point, how does everyone else feel about mixing the wnba and nba up and using that as the new Dleague?
