How to change play/scoring style of created players/draft c?

Reason is because it might be the solution for some players in draft classes like josh jackson or derrick jones to dunk in-game. I maxed out their dunking in attributes and tendency but they dont even dunk in game even in breakaways. Sometimes they do but they only do basic dunk and most of the time just lay up. Anyone can help me solve this problem? Their dunk packages work fine during live freestyle practice but doesnt work in-game. I already equipped them with the posterizer badge and there are dunk packages in all slots on their signature moves but those doesnt work.
