Talk about NBA 2K16 here.

I remember when nba 2k came out on pc, (1) vibration did not work on Microsoft XBOX360 Wireless controller and (2) triggers worked like buttons (meaning you couldnt use them for various controls including turbo @1/4/1/2 or whatever you might like (not at max), so I switched from Microsoft XBOX360 Wireless controller to a wired one and I have been using it ever since, but now that Steam Link is out I want to use Microsoft XBOX360 Wireless controller with it instead of wired one.
Are the mentioned issues ((1) and (2) fixed or there are alternative wireless controllers that work the same (with all functions) as wired controllers?

I've been able to use my wireless 360 controller just the same as my wired one for 2k16. Then again, I've never had any issues with it at any point so I might not be the best reference.

vibration works the same and you are able to use LEFT / Right triggers the same? meaning when you use the right trigger turbo can be used either @30% or @max ?

The controller vibrates whenever it's supposed to, yes. The entire controller works exactly the same--I don't really know what you mean about using 30% of the trigger though.

He means that if you press the right trigger very lightly, your player will walk a bit quicker; if you press it to the maximum, he'll run full retarded.
As for vibration, it works. I once had problems with it but it was due to my worn out batteries. Regarding the "analog" triggers not sure, but I'd say it works as it should. I'll test it later.
