NBA 2K11 Reditor Purchase

Not sure if this is possible, but I've tried to find a way to buy Vlad's 2K11 Reditor and haven't had any luck, just looking to use it to edit draft classes, if anyone can find a way for me to acquire a license for Reditor it'd be greatly appreciated!
