quick question about cyberface scans, where to put?

hey guys im sorry, im new to this sort of stuff but i downloaded a cyberface scan and it contained an .iff file i can use the 2k16 explorerer 0.40 to view it but how do i apply it over to the game? i was just messing around and for example, drose cyberface with mask i tried right clicking and import but that didn't do anything (not sure if that's how it was supposed to be done anyways lols..) please help?
