Why commentary fix and no stuttering in fullscreen windowed?

Thu Oct 15, 2015 1:23 pm

i5+gtx970+gsync
less stuttering than full screen, and the commentary never gone, other settings are high.
test for a week.
6mins a quarter for the sweat effect.
normally full screen is the best way to play,it is real weird.

same case with me - stuttering is less, but still existent. i get butter smooth gameplay, but cutscenes, replays, and menus etc all stutter. msi gtx 970 + i5.

funny - i always got stuttering in cs:go as well, but switched to full screen windowed today and it's gone. what gives? cpu related?

i just had a game against the modern day spurs at their house and i got almost no stuttering. well, whenever i thought to look for it, it wasn't there and it definitely wasn't noticeable when my head was in the game itself.

could have been a fluke, or something i did without knowing... i dunno. any of you guys with stuttering issues should be sure to have a game @ the modern day at&t center and let us know your results. i'll go for another one tomorrow.
