Bug: Depth of Field

Platform: PC

Mode: All

Description: Disabling DoF does nothing. It will still be present/enabled in all replays, close-ups, on-court camera angles, cut-scenes, etc.. (Cut-scenes I get since it's basically just video...)

Examples:

Bug description: Commentary always say incorrect total rebound for my player during match. They always said 1 less than the real amount.

Timeout with first ball possesion and big surprise on my face, cpu changed matchup to default engine(really?) right? yeah

So cpu control my OWN strategy, even if my matchup is set like it should, cpu back to his sets out of nowhere(ofc its one and only hard coded default set)
So i changed my matchups manually one more time at first timeout. Made sub and started to play...and guess what? my OWN matchups was changed to one and only 2k sets...AGAIN.
This is ridiculous and yes its not a bug its just BAD idea lol.
If you really want to help me, please tell me where i can turn this engine off, becasue really i dont want to see klay on lbj or curry on harden.

and few examples, all of them are slowed down half court offense, after rebound on my board i move slow to the point im standing with ball

and last thing..if best defender on the court should defend best offensive player from opposite team, why in the holly shit Klay Thompson is guarding Ty Lawson, while in previous game he was sticked to LBJ. So i dont understand, LBJ is not the best offensive player for Cavs or Lawson is the best for Rockets or maybe Klay is not the best defender from Warriors starting 5?

Didn't even waste time reading this. The developers themselves explained this in that defensive blog prior to the game being released. But keep purporting this as a 'glitch'. I'm sure they'll get right on it

2.Camera showing the INSIDE of a player's head when he's too close to the camera. Seriously, that issue is there since last year and it's still not resolved?!

I am to lazy to post a whole bug reply for this, but also, every woman in the crowd wearing a cap has some weird visual glitch: a part of their hair comes through the cap and no, not like it is supposed to. It's somewhere in the back of the cap, a little to the left ( If you zoom in you can see it is a glitch) . It's not like it is a crucial glitch, but it's kinda weird to see that kind of problem on a next-gen game whenever you take a look at the crowd closest to the camera.

skoadam, if you don't want the automated adjustments, you can turn it off in the coach settings

Your reply is what is pathetic... especially after it having been PROVEN to you by a DEV, that this is not a glitch or bug like I stated...smh. Thinking, is clearly what you're not doing...self or otherwise. If you hadn't tried to be a wiseguy about it from the beginning, the option Jaosming mentioned is something I could have easily informed you about. Anyway, you're probably the type to insist on getting the last word if it makes you sound more foolish, so by all means, go for it.

Only works on MyPlayer or your game is a unique copy with sweat in 12min....please, share with us!

It´s not MINE opinion, all guys here and in others foruns who plays 12min in /MyLeague/MyGM or Exibition have this bug, it´s a confirmed bug.

It somehow works only at the end of the 4th quarter. That is not enough.

it is glitch or/and bug of AI coach adjustments, i post examples/screenshots its not working like it was described in devs defensive blog. Reading with understand is next gift youre still looking for.

btw Jon, is there any chance to turn it off for cpu teams? It worked for user like it should, but still my opponents guarding bad. I played against Rockets and Lawson guard Barnes. Barnes with 30points at half, with easy points in the post against 5'11 guy.

edit: yes youre right Lagoa, no sweat at all in 1 and 2 quarter. Maybe i saw sweat in 4th quarter earlier.

Bug 1: No pre-game show...O'Neal and Smith did not say anything. Tim Duncan's stats were shown but without commentary or music.

Bug 2: I took a jumper, was fouled...I made the shot but I did not go to the line but I got the foul...the shooter got a foul and one of his players was taken to the opposite side of the court and got 2 freethrows.

Bug description: When my player just subs in usually mid-game, the game is sort of stuck for 10 seconds showing a random player (player has color but background is black/white only). So I have to wait there for 10 seconds or more looking at a player "dancing".

i had the same bug like this it's very annoying to wait a few sec before you can continue your gameplay

and i also experiencing the generic coach after timeouts that play the huddle instead the real coach

So, I usually only play MyLeague and hoped this issue would have been fixed since it was in NBA2K15 at the end of it's life cycle (before 2k16 released). Usually, when a player is driving in the lane and is fouled or makes a AND-ONE, the replay shows but it will only show the player getting up or high-fiving his teamates. It would not show the actual play and how it happened..

Also, the player of the game and half time show are doing the same... instead of showing the highlights, it will just show the player walking around endlessly.

This issue only occurs for PC. I have the PS4 version of this game and i do not see this issue on it.

Bug description: Unable to see arena being edited

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; further details: Have started relocation process, ready to customise arena. I'm able to view and change arena types (but not rotate view using R-Stick). Cannot view arena preview when customising anything else though - colours, jumbotron etc.

Playing MyLeague, I did a cross over with Curry, broke James Harden's ankles and made a 3 pointer. The replay always just shows the player shooting the three, but on PS4, it shows the ankle breaker twice. Once in real time and second in slo-mo, with the player shooting the three which is how it SHOULD be shown.

Bug description:Billboard picture as a starter too small


Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One):PC

Game Mode:mycareer

Bug: Audio Presentation settings within Gameplay Options do not save from game to game.

Platform: PC (Probably all since some popular Youtube personalities who play on consoles also complain of this.)

Game Mode: MyCareer for sure, but other modes may also be affected.

Steps: Set your the Audio Presentation sliders within Gameplay Options either through the title menu prior to beginning MyCareer or on your player's MyCourt. Go into a game and they'll be different. Change them in the game, but the next game they're back to how they were originally.Why?

Potential Solution Well, if I think back to MyCareer in 2K15, there were actually two completely different instances which the game called upon these settings, and they were actually independent of one another. Of course one of them was during the on-court play of the game, but their was also one during the pre-game player introductions. These were actually independent calls, so you could pause the game during the intros and adjust the audio sliders specific to player introductions and continue to watch & listen to the introductions. Once the game started, it called upon the commonly-accessed on-court settings and used them. But here in 2K16, the game appears to make the call for the pre-game setting and you cannot pause and adjust the sliders specific to the pre-game introductions. Hitting the Start button skips the introductions completely and pauses the game just prior to the starting players display as they're about take to the court for the tip-off, thus leaving you able to only adjust the on-court audio presentation. However, rather than call upon the settings which you made while in your MyCourt, or the adjusted settings from your previous game, the game appears to continue using the pre-game introduction settings, to which we, as end-users, have absolutely zero access.

I believe this is a programming issue that will require developmental work from VisCon/2K to resolve.

Bug description: Missing cards in MyTeam

further details: I bought two packs during Flashback Friday (one possibly could have been on Thursday as well). I drew two players that aren't in my roster on MyTeam. I believe one was Elgin Baylor (not that I care, since I hate the Lakers) and the other was Toni Kukoc (I was actually excited about getting that card).

Despite my count being at 79, I'm at the Collector Level "Engineer", which means I have over 80.
