Hey, thanx for reply, no it doesn't, i've tried every possible video setting combination, i only have crashing problem in Myteam domination, that crash file it's from MT crash, other modes runs smooth. Mycareer, mypark and gauntlet, haven't had any crash so far, so it is only domination.

When exactly in Domination does this happen? Loading screen? Gameplay? Some specific situation?

Yes, only during gameplay It can happen at any time, mostly last quarters, i am playing without crowd, all on low settings and i have 60fps at all the time except, when possession changes and they start the new play under the basket, until i get the ball on the other side of the court game is quite choppy, goes down to 50fps. It happen so many times i can't point out any specific situation when crashes mostly occur. Also i can hear gpu fan is working hard under the game, temp goes up to 71 degrees. Not sure if that is the problem since other modes as i said run fine.

EDIT: It happen again now 30 sec before end, but the sound effect went off 2 minutes before the crash.
Fps drops to 30 in Myteam meny.

No suggestion...? Nice to see 2k bragging how they sold 4mil copy's in 1 week, and yet my 2 tickets are pending for last 4 days, dev's not testing the game before release, patches coming out next year and so on...

btw funny how you see it is gonna crash, first some ATH element disapears, then the sound goes, and finally the game........ this game is not even BETA !! seriously !!!

Hi,

Every time I start any kind of game (or practice) the game after the loading circle is done (get to 100% changes to continue, I press to continue and it crashes - to be clear the game itself loads and gets to menu it crashes when starting any kind of match.
I have updated my graphic and audio drivers, tried to lower graphic settings and reinstalled directx and visual c++ dist. Also, NBA 2k15 runs perfectly on the same PC.

They don't have a clue how to fix this. Patch was released without any notes. Saw people complaining that not they haven't fix performance issue, only made it worse. I am sorry to be so negative about it but really can't be anything but furious right now. When i pay for some product i like to use it and enjoy it, not to spent one week doing someone else job. What a waste of my time( screw money)

5th time i do my first MyGM game, 5th time it crashes at the 3rd quarter.... hmmmm nice i bought a after-release game !!!!!!

Having some of the best games of virtual bball and BAM crash in 3rd/4th quarter. About 1 out of 3 games at this point.

I never get angry(maybe the game Brink) but this is some sad stuff.

Whats the point in buying PC version if issues like this come up. Going on 2 weeks at this point and cherry on top, no modding community anymore.

Still no crash report in appdata. Didnt mention before but audio continues to play in background but screen is frozen.

No crash but the sometime the game freeze. The task manager show that the game not responding. No crash report.

MilanSt, no, unfortunately I don't have any updates for you yet. We're still investigating the crash report. Crashes that we've never seen or are unable to reproduce aren't as straightforward and take some time. But we're investigating.

intruda, you might want to check your GPU temperatures, as well as check if your PSU is still up to the task. I can't really do much without a crash report, but it sounds like this might be the game pushing your hardware way too much. Have you tried different graphics settings? I'll pass on your note about the audio continuing but the screen freezing and I'll let you know if I have something new.

faizdtk, is your experience similar to intruda's when the game freezes?

For the rest of you, if i haven't replied to you personally doesn't mean we're not investigating all of them. I'm collecting all the information I can on a daily basis and passing it on to the appropriate team, and doing my best to help investigate. Appreciate the help leftos, afterburner doesn't show anything odd but I will check tonight.

It's so random though. I'll play a few 12minute quarters and plays fine.

Then I'll boot up and get 10 minutes into a quarter and crash.

I'll try playing on medium and keep an eye on temps.

I have problems on the first days, but later i was able to play (ironically, after make a post in this thread)
Today Steam donwload the last patch and the crash in the menu after select a mode is back.
As some people commented that there were problems with nba2ktv, i decided try in offline mode and i could play
So, the crash is in the onlime mode (maybe 2ktv). Before today, I could play more than 60 hours.

PS1: I try after offline mode (while i writing this post in preview) and i was able to play again (for now). So, maybe this help someones, try to offline mode and later run the game in online mode (mantaining the cloud archives). I attached my files from the last crash.

leftos, I think it the same as intruda.
I don't think its temperature problem because my gpu max temp is only 68 celcius and cpu is just 47.

I update my gpu driver today and play 2 games(mycareer mode) with no freeze. Will update again if the game freeze again.

2KTV crashed whenever I changed the quality of the video or the episode. Also, when I left the current quality and just went on with the video, it crashed randomly after the first minute.

I crashed in Domination against Milwaukee with only 1:27 to play in the 4th quarter. Game and PC froze during a cutscene after a bucket.

Some video related crashes in the menus came back when the latest 2KTV episode and trailer was posted. We're still investigating, so in the meantime the videos have been taken down.

To clarify on this, the main menu teaser has been disabled. You can still watch the episodes and do the interactive by entering 2KTV.

any news about fixes ? damm i still couldn't finish my first MyGm game...........this is crazy how careless 2k is !!!!!! fuck preordrer shit ! buy it instantgaming for 34 euros and still benefits even if buying 10k vc compared to steam !

Just had my first crash since my last post.

Afterburner is reporting no odd activity besides ram usage being high. 16gb though and was using 7.5gb at time and dropped to 5 when game crashed.

Gpu temps mid 60s

cpu temps 50

Everything else in the graph was a flat line until game crashed/closed.

Crash Cause: MyGM offseason after Team Rebranding. Between the draft lotto and Staff Signing I went to view my roster to see my newly created jerseys. When I click on any player to 'edit' the game crashed. Happened 3 times in a row consistently.

I dont get any appdata folder because the game never starts
