Steam Jordan Edition not getting VC

hi, i wrote to 2k but not anwser yet, i have 0 VC, i restarted, played and nothing changed.
Do you have yours VC?

I am pre-ordered and have no VC either.

no vc here either. no touching mycareer until some patched come out anyway.

Seems no one on PC got them.

2K on twitter is asking players to open a ticket in 2kgam.es/helpme2k and then tweet back to @2KSupport with the ticket number for a quick answer
