NBA 2K16 PC video settings suggestions

I thought a thread for the ones who have stuttering would be a great idea.
Here you can suggest what video settings should be used if someone has any difficulties with their game, what should be turned on or off and what can be changed in the VideoSettings.cfg file if necessary, to have the best performance possible.

I'd imagine the NVIDIA GeForce Experience and AMD Gaming Evolved tools will get an update with suggested settings soon. NVIDIA's were completely off for 2K13 and 2K14, but the ones they gave for 2K15 were pretty accurate for me last year.

I've found for many games they can be way off of where you can top out at, but are often a good starting place. I never let them auto-optimize though.

I always go for regular Vsync + triple buffering (both ON).
