How would we know?

Hopefully in 2-4 days. I need at least 2 Days for the Preload with my 6MBits Connection

Usually it's a couple of days before at least. If in doubt, contact GMG; they're going to be able to give a more definitive answer than any of us.

The pre load starts on 25th and you will receive your key on this date, as out product page states:

"Digital download on Friday, September 25 (4 days before standard release on September 29)"

thats what i got and honestly this concerns me as im thinking we will be able to play the game the 29th not the 25th or my guess if that theyy still dont know yet because they got that quote from steams page and i guess they dont know what that means but i emailed them asking we are going to be able to play on the 25h as well and if we do thats not that bad news for me cause my download speed will allow me to easily play at night time or morning if we get the key really really early

like i said i dont think he/she knows if its actually the 25th cause they got it from the steam page and that says DIGITAL DOOOWNNNLOOOADDDD emphasizing download their and im guessing we will get the keys 2 days earlier so yeah but atleast we can play it on the 25th #getbetterinternet LOL

In short, the Early Tip-Off Weekend is in effect, as long as your Internet connection will allow for a quick enough download.

looks like the 25th i asked for a confirmation still think we are getting the keys the 23rd or 24th but im not mad as long as i get it before i have to go to school to download my internet can download in 5 hours and once i come back i can playy

It depends on when they get them from 2K (which sounds like the 24th/25th), and this applies to all sites.

Okay, it actually depends on when 2K requests them from Valve since they're Steam keys and Valve gets them to 2K and then 2K sends them out and...

It's limited to one Steam account. You can install your Steam games on any number of computers, thought only one can be active at the time.

Mee, too. Purchased it on the RU GMG Store for 1800RUB/~25€ and as expected no Region-Lock, normal RoW Key. So if you want to save some money, just use a Russian VPN with a new Account and you should be able to buy it.

Good advice, will keep it in mind for next time.
