NCAA March Madness 2015-16 V2.5 MINOR UPDATE (1.10.16)

Here's where I reach back out to the community, for some assistance with this project. We have 13 stocked Playbooks that work fabulously, courtesy of slimm44, and I need help assigning them appropriately. They are as follows:

1: Hi-Lo, 3-2
2: Floppy, Hawk
3: Triangle
4: Thru, Hi-Low
5: Horns
6: Horns, Thru
7: Horns, Hi-Lo
8: Horns, 3-2
9: Zip, Hawk, Hi-Lo
10: Floppy, Hi-Lo

12: Hi-Lo, Spread, Zip
13: D'Antoni

What I need, is a simple numeric assignment of each of these for each team, appropriately. I have them ready to go, and just need proper assignment. I need someone with a better knowledge of this, or a resource that will let me easily get the proper information, to see what types of offensive sets teams run, and mirror each of these most closely.

So, to further the accuracy here, please place an appropriate number next to each appropriate team:

The D'Antoni set is a very basic set with quick screens, Angle PNR's, simple entry pass high/low post plays, and basic/little movement ISO's with some spread plays built-in.

I figured out how to make players retire using RED MC... Load the roster in RED MC and change contract thoughts to 2.
Now you can have Stars leave for the draft after the season. (Disclaimer: Unless you have a RED MC License to edit Association files, this
will only work for the 1st year)

I got most of the Kentucky players to leave school as they did in real life.



I ran through a quick 14 game association and was overjoyed to see the right players leaving school

I used the draft as national signing day... Thon Maker chooses Michingan!?!
I gotta make a custom draft class just for the college mod, this is fun.

This is awesome!! I hope to be able to make a 'Draft Class' of the 2016 Recruits some time this season for Association users!!

In other news, I really think/hope these came out great. I re-worked Baylor's uniforms with some new trim/stitching/bevel techniques, but haven't checked in-game, so if someone could grab a could screens of them in-game and post them, I would be very grateful.

i believe 2 draftees and some undrafted guys in free agency...
also players from other teams did enter free agency during the off season. They could be considered transfers lol

I think you can change CtrThoughts (Contract Thoughts) to 1. The values are listed below

0 - Undecided
1 - Would Like To Stay With His Team 2 - Going To Retire
3 - Wants To Test Free Agents Market
4 - Requests A Trade

Tonystarks00, I love you. I second the vote for the #1 overall 2000 squad with the #1 player in the nation, Kenyon Martin.

I could never understand why 2K didn't have that classic team... No broken leg in the Conference USA tourney and UC would have had the trophy nutz in 2000. Still think it was dirty to give them a tough 2 seed in response to that. #1 by far all year (IMHO) and they could have won a few without Kenyon. That team had it all and the 2012 Kentucky team is very similar in terms of style, athleticism and talent. I'm tellin' ya those boys from Flint did not wanna see the Bearcats in that tourney.

Sir bighort. Would you be that kind to post here some quality college cf here that you have that may be included in the next 2 drafts? Thats if it is okay with you. Thank you sir.

The only college CFs that I have have been provided to me by others who have posted them here. All other CFs in the March Madness mod are look-a-likes. I do not create any cyberfaces. I wish I had the ability.

I'm looking to put a Beta out soon without most of the roster work, just to get some visuals out with the new cyberfaces, courts, uniforms, etc. For the roster work, slimm44 has it, but we're still so early that real team previews are few and far between at the moment. Once proper information is available, I feel very confident that this will be, by far, the best year yet for this mod.

Heh, like you, least of my worries. NCAA teams run 9, 8, even 7 man rotations, so I imagine the minute allocation will be screwy. Plus, there's a lot more fluctuation in playing time in the NCAA than NBA, so I can justify it that way.

bigh0rt, The arena I was using in that screenshot was just an edited version of Bliss' Miami Heat stadium.

kahoona, were you the one who edited it? I'm still dying to get my hands on a nice generic-style arena that has all the NBA stuff removed, that I can use for teams who do not have a team specific arena. There's still NBA stuff even in some of my team specific arenas.

Slimm44 im with you, I love that they have brought back the college game in this manner but I need the real Bearcats to be present. bigh0rt said it would be too much work though .

Yeah, I use something similar now.

tonystarks00, you can feel free to make the mod compatible logos, court, arena, and cyberfaces, for every player from that Cincinnati team, as well as let me know which of the listed playbooks from a previous page the team would fall under, and a few other pieces of information, and I'm sure slimm will do the necessary roster work to make it happen. I have the uniforms that I already made. However, unless all of the above are provided to me, I don't anticipate this happening. Even if I get 90% of that it can't happen. As I said via PM, adding a team, and doing so properly, is a substantial amount of work that generally requires a multitude of people for it all to come together. If you're able to create those things I listed, knock yourself out, and I'll make it happen.

I would absolutely edit the players with my work if someone will create the team and players.
