Insight into changes to ratings in NBA 2K16

Mike Stauffer, who's in charge of the roster updates for NBA 2K, posted this insight into some changes to the way ratings are handled in NBA 2K16.

Read this on the beach today. Great news. I love the idea of 99 meaning the greatest ever and scaling down from there.

This will really make the ratings in an extended association mean something. When you find those high 90 attributes we are really talking greatest of all time, not just one of 20 this year.

2k is killin' it with their management decision. I have not seen one thing I dislike in previews so far.

This is very good. Ratings improved last year, but this may finally provide roster editors the tools they need to make a good sim roster.
