I don't see why not? They still have a good market with the PS3 and Xbox 360, and I believe they sold the PS2 version of their games up until 2k12.

PS3 and 360 versions have already been confirmed, yes. Incidentally, they're referring to them as prior-gen, and PC/PS4/X1 as new-gen.

Or use absolute values instead of relative ones. 2K16 is confirmed for 7th generation (PS360), 8th generation (Xbone,PS4) and PC.

Well, current gen would technically refer to PS4/X1...so in that respect, yes, NBA 2K15 PC will be current gen. 
To answer the question you intended to ask though, no, it won't be a 360/PS3 port.

Before the PS4 and X1 came out, you could have described them as such. Now that they're the newest consoles on the market, they are the current generation. Next Gen and Current Gen have long been awkward terms in that respect, which is why New Gen (the newest generation) and Prior Gen (the previous generation) are the terms that are now being adopted.
