Connecting to server issue

Hi guys, sorry for opening this subject but i need help. Recently i re-installed NBA2k15 again on my computer and i wanted to play my team on my account and when i entered the game i got the message "Please wait.. retrieving data from 2k servers" and that message was on for about 10 mins so i clicked on cancel and now i can't connect to 2k server from that account. I really need that account because i got many VC and really good players and i was wondering is there any way i can connect from that account? Thanks..

Your best bet is to contact 2K Support. They're the only ones that can do anything about an account you're having trouble accessing.

I forgot to mention that i already contacted them few days ago and i still haven't got an answer back.. Thanks Andrew for reply.

It can take a while unfortunately, but for account issues, they're the only ones that can do anything.
