NBA 2K16 News in this week's NBA 2KTV

In tomorrow's #NBA2KTV Postseason episode, we talk exclusive #NBA2K16 features, unbox Sprite's Lebron's Mix, & more!

Beard physics? Arm scan for players? Lace physics? What could it be.

The news:

- Improved x's and o's.

- New retro teams. 2000 Raptor, 2008 Celtics, 2001 Lakers, and more to come.

- Shoes are being improved graphically, with an improved level of accuracy.

- New crowd animations. Crowds will react more vociferously to big plays.

- New Player animations. Mike Wang specifically said the game would look much better.

Solid information for this early in the preview season. The Mike Wang segment sure ended on a big tease, though.

I don't like MC. Having only that is just boring. MyLegend to return NBA: Creating a Legend would be more fun than MyCareer.

And 2K, If you don't return NBA: Creating a Legend at all, I will BOYCOTT NBA 2K to make you lose money and maybe buy NBA Live as I like using existing players and hate having to create one!

Don't talk about yourself in plural

2K's telemetry data showed that it wasn't that popular a mode, whereas MyCAREER is extremely popular. While it would be nice to have that mode there for anyone who wants to play it, they need to allocate their resources (time being a major one) accordingly. That means modes that are popular are going to get attention before bringing back a mode that wasn't being played much...which again, is something they know from telemetry data.
