This program is not a virus... not sure who handles the payments these days, that's why I haven't paid for any new keys.

Welcome, jabneel. RED MC is safe, but it does trigger a false positive with many anti-virus programs. However, those of us who have been using RED MC can confirm that there are no infections or ill-effects on our systems.

does anyone know how make the program work right. if i use 3.0.3 it works, but wants to update. i cant pruchase without updating to the final version, but if i update it, then i open the program, it starts opening explor windows over and over agian. the program cloeses itself. so i cant get to wher i can use it for the edits.
my system windows 8.1 pro 64.

any sugguestions here.

p.s i tried putting into a vm with nothing it, just the same os, and the rpogram and the roster file i wwas going to work with, with the same issues.
an yes i emailed vald, but no respones. dont know if he is responding anymore given his job. hope he does, but maybe someone knows something that would help.

it means you dont have the its registered/licanced to edit the tab you working on. Or you have a problem with the licance key you weer given when y brought it.

Anyone heard from Vlad? I'm guessing 2k has told him to cease all operations related to this program now?!I tried purchasing extra tabs lately and have heard nothing. From experience of dealing with Vlad, he will always respond and fix the issue straight away. Hope nothing else is wrong, but if anyone can reach him a few people probably need money returned if he can't legally work with this program anymore.

I wish he'd just release a full free version. I hope I'm not coming off as cheap because I would gladly pay seven bucks for the tabs I want, shit I spend that much on a pack of cigarettes every other day but the problem is getting him the money then worrying about him actually sending me a license.

I agree. I have already paid for several keys that I make full use of but I wanted to upgrade to buy the full RED MC. I'm skeptical I will lose money trying to buy the full license now that Vlad is with 2K. This really sucks for the community but I wish Vlad the best.

or maybe some who helped him with can take it on, and run with it. or maybe there be someone whoes as an interest in this stuff would be will to see if vlad is wiling to run wih from here, if he can allow it.

The program isn't a virus. It's a false positive. Anyway this is what hundreds of modders use to create rosters, draft classes, HD cyberfaces, and more.
Also Vlad isn't a bad guy he works for 2K now and can't affiliate with this tool anymore now that he is official staff.

So every time I try to use Red MC recently I get this error.

which I have no idea what it means, and a quick google search reveals hits only from over a decade ago.

I assume it's related to my recent updating to the newest version of Windows 10, as that gave me issues a few months ago.

If this is the case, then whatever's causing computers to see RED MC as harmful seems to be making it increasingly unviable.

So has anyone been able to buy? I do not want to send him money only to never get a response.

i cant i can run my copy, but cant update to the last version. it gets can error message if try update or or is buy it eher the modwindle cant open. and since i cant do that i dont have the abilty to gets a key for it. so im stuck. it been like this for awhile now.
