Hawes is nice too but the smile, yeah I know that's an issue because in your reference picture the player (hawes) was smiling.

Ah, yeah. I used to do that, what i mean is aligning their teeth/mouth in blender so that the teeth in my face texture doesn't show up.

that Motiejunas face is awesome... Hair needs to be more messy doe.

Yes I agree like Schroeder or Middleton, but good job, I see no over-saturation on D-Mo
