bigh0rt, can you help me? I've started to use UV Mapping as my method...but the only part I'm having trouble w/ is the Project from View editing in the UV Image Editor. Somehow R4zoR was able to use S and G but when I use s I can only resize the project and not make it fit the image? You think you could help me w/ that?

I've unfortunately never made a cf or used his method. I watched his videos but have never even used Blender. Shoot him a PM and ask. Let him know I said to ask because I was unable to help. Otherwise maybe someone like Kevin who uses his method can assist you.

It looks a lot cleaner. I think there's a little too much sheen on the forehead and cheeks under the eyes, but that could just be the profile picture. I'll say this, it is by and far your best piece of work to date. Keep up the great work.

The goatee on the left side is a bit higher than that on the right it appears. But I will agree with bigh0rt, this is bomb.

The shine is because I used a 2K15 reference pic and it was ingame

Almost all of them have a weird reddish hue to them.. W'sup with that? Best one by far is Cousins, and that's a REALLY nice Danny Green headshape. I just think the texture is a bit off.
