I've watched many epic knicks games like...
Allan Houston's game winning to sink the Heat (1999)
Larry Johnson's 4 point play to win against the Pacers (also 1999)
But I think the best game that I watched was Kobe's 81 points vs Toronto.

Every Lakers' loss was epic. Loved em all equally.
But Reggie's 8 second stunt was particularly memorable.

Game 5 of the 1976 NBA Finals which went to triple-OT. Still the best game I ever saw. That shot by Havlicek was incredible.
Best performance I ever saw was Magic's in Game 6 of the 1980 Finals, his rookie season.

Finals: Lakers vs. Magic Game 4 (2009) Fisher ftw (I was there btw)
Conference Finals: Lakers vs.Trailblazers Game 7 (2000) Kobe oops to Shaq
Western Conference Semifinals: Lakers vs Spurs (2004) Fisher wins it with 0.4s left
Kobe's 81 points vs Toronto (I was there too)

Old - Bulls revenge on the Magic on the 1996 East Finals
Not so old - Games 1,2,4,5 & 6 of the 2009 East first round between the Bulls and the Celtics

I had to dig up. Looks like there was good amount of controversy in that game as well. But definitely a great game unlike Celtic's recent championship run over Lakers(boring shit, seriously who watched that series till the end). Sauru claims to be born and raised green but it says a lot when it's actually Knicks fan recognizing and remembering one of the greatest Celtics game in history. #InGreen

I'm sorry but I got to ask you sir if you saw these games on re-broadcast because I'm beginning to think that you're signed up on this forum when it's still modding Jordan vs Bird...

i have seen a ton of amazing games on tv, not sure about in person though my favorite game in person was when dominique played for the celtics. we got cheap seats and an usher moved me and my father to the 4th row. after the game my father told me to go on the court but of course i was worried about getting in trouble (i was like 12-13). he said what are they going to do kick us out? so fuck it i went on the court and took a shot then got the fuck outa there

Did you make the shot?
The story reminds me of Grizzlies game that I attended as a kid. Me and my friends moved to 6th row after half time and watched Clippers Lamar Odom and Shareef going at it. It was a very close game. Worth every $16 hard earned dollars.

more games i loved as a fan :
Dallas's Comeback in 11' vs miami in game 2.
Shaq's birthday game with 61 points and 22 rebounds at 2000
2001 All-Star game with the incredible comeback of iverson
Reggie's 8 points in 6 seconds of course. how i forgot that ! {Thanks on the Reminder

}
Jordan's 63 vs Celtics in 1986
and recently : Kyrie's 57 points vs my beloved spurs

and of course how can i forget as a long-time spur : T-Mac's 13 points in 36 seconds ... Classic ! that game teach me that lesson : Don't say 'it's over' until it's really over !

This might be recent and shows that I'm still a young fan but whatever.
My Mavericks destroying, annihilating, complete domination of the Lakers in Game 4 in 2011. That game aired 3 am in the morning where I was and lucky for me it was during summer vacation. I couldn't believe what was happening, it was a blowout from the start and I was shock that it was the MAVERICKS that is doing it.

A couple that come immediately to mind:
The Flu Game, Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals. I know it's a bit trite and overdone to call games and performances legendary, but I think the word fits for that one.
Game 1 of the Bulls/Heat first round series in 1992. MJ was a beast in that series. My favourite moment was a 2-on-1 fast break, with MJ and Pip as the two, and Grant Long as the one. You almost felt sorry for him, as there was nothing he was going to be able to do, and the play finished pretty much how you'd expect it to.
More recently, I enjoyed Game 5 of the 2014 Finals immensely. I preferred to see the Spurs win, and I loved seeing Patty Mills play a significant role in clinching the title.

I really enjoyed the Mavs championship run. They beat the Lakers, OKC and the Heat. Doesn't get much better than that for us "haters".
Out of the four games I've seen live, I'd say the most recent one I saw (Spurs @ Clippers) was the best. Timmy went 30-11, DJ was also a beast and had that huge throwdown on Marco. Even Big Baby played pretty well.

I was 15 in 1976. I watched that game all the way through. Could hardly keep my eyes open the next day in class. All my friends and I talked about was Jo-Jo White's incredible performance.

Go to Youtube and check out Game 7 of the 1981 ECF between Boston and Philly....the rivalry was INTENSE back then, as much as the Boston/Detroit rivalry would be in later years. The shot Bird hit was ice-cold assassin shit.

Good to know

Speaking of JoJo White, do you consider him on par with Havlicek and Cowens back then or he's more of a "Rondo" on that Celtics' pecking order?

Favorite game watched: 93 semi's Bulls vs Knicks. Game 5 at the garden. I thought this was nyk's year to end the Bulls reign as they had the homecourt and Knicks won the first 2. the Bulls bounced back to take the next 2 setting the stage for a pivotal game 5. Game came down to the Bulls stopping Charles smith several times underneath the basket. Marc albert's call on that possession will go down as my one favs as well
Favorite game attended: strangely enough it was the '03 opening round game 1 vs the Wizards. The Bulls had been an embarrassment since the Jordan-Pip era. Kornel David, dragan tarlac, dalibor bagaric, Tim Floyd, Khalid el Amin... What a nightmare
As the Bulls history montage ran on the big scoreboard, my eyes filled with tears. Playoff basketball was back in the United center (even if for just a few games). This was Nocioni's hero game. The UC was rocking and I was proud to be a Bulls fan once again. And it was my section that started the "Nocioni's chants".

Of course I consider him on a par Havlicek & Cowens....JoJo was a HELLUVA player, and clutch in the playoffs. Rondo's not in his class.

What I meant was if he's relegated as the other guy ala Rondo/Horace Grant on that team since he's only in consideration to the hall of fame this year while the other two were already inducted... Anyway, looked-up his stats and some few youtube highlights and assumed that he's probably just one of those players that was overlooked by the committee..
