Some reason Yahoo only lets me make a draft date of the 28th. So if y'all cool with that, draft will be on the 28th. Unless if you guys want to have a league on a alternative site.

Is it possible to move the draft on a later time? Maybe just like that of the official league? And be it a 15 roster team since it's not as massive as that of the official league?

I think the 28th is Yahoo's cut off day for the creation of new leagues that's why it won't let you set it any further.
Only way to change the draft date is to set it earlier than 28.

In theory, yes...in theory...communism works.
