This is my first thread, sorry for my english , I want suggery other option for our mods and so complete, i bring the great job from other user on forum operation sports

I want to started a thread that could be same, where we discussing the diferent options over plays the different teams

Ah, I gotcha. Thanks. In the past, slimm44 has done a tremendous job of this, testing plays to see which are broken, which are appropriate, etc. Hopefully he, or somebody else with the same zest for it, will do so. There is a lot of good discussion going on in that OS thread. Even if somebody were to go through that and apply it to a Roster (I could see myself at some point doing that).
