Custom Roster Crash in MyCareer and CAL

Hey does anyone have any solutions other than disconnecting from the internet, that isn't working for me.
I'm using my own roster. Association and play now work fine, but if I try to play MyCareer or Create a Legend the game crashes as soon as I select yes to start a new game or load an old game. Does anyone have any ideas regarding what could be the root of the problem?
I assume I must have messed with something while editing my roster.
