Hmm, I'd be inclined to pick Gasol, he's young & on the rise. Rasheed isn't capable of being a go-to guy thus "The Man", his role on the Pistons is what suits him best. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player, but between the two, I'd be inclined to pick Pau just because of the flashes he's shown + the age factor.

Let me tell you this. When Duncan won his two titles he wasn't the leader, it was David Robinson. He was the locker room leader and the court leader. KG's energy, desire and work ethic is what makes him a better leader. KG leads by example and by words. He is the locker room guy, court guy and everything else.

The Timberwolves EXIST with KG's energy.

Duncan is a great leader but KG does it in every way. He didn't have a David Robinson on his team.
