I think they really need to make the net look better. You can get a good look at it at 0:53. I know it's a small thing to gripe about, but it's something we'll be looking at on pretty much every play. I don't think it has been improved in 3-5 years. It looks like it's made out of paper.

Also how come PlayStation users get an extra 10,000 VC?

Exclusive content due to a previous deal with Sony. Similar to what MS is doing with EA for FIFA and Sony with Activision and Destiny.

That being said, I kinda wonder what "The Stage" exactly is.

Agreed. Live 15 and NBA 2K15 both have 2D nets. I don't know that it would be difficult to make it 3D, so I'm confused as to why next-gen hasn't gotten a 3D net.
