Im trying to convert your faces to my 2k13 game for my personal use (not to release) but none of the tools want to open any of your CFs.

neither 3dm mod tool or the nba2kx mod tool can open these.. why?? Anyone else has this issue?

What is it about these kinds of CFs that wont allowed to be opened.. I also have run into a few other CF by other modders doing the same thing

You don't have to convert these CFs to work in 2k13. Just use the same files. All art files from 2k14 are compatible with 2k13 and vice versa. I'm sure the CFs don't work with those tools you listed because he saved them with RED MC. RED MC compresses the files, so you can't use the tools after saving with Red MC.
