NBA 2K9 freezes after first quarter

First of all when the game starts it can't create a savegame on disk (i have tried this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gd4EKz5bXFQ but it didn't help). And now the real problem. I start a normal game (Lakers v Celtics) and after the first quarter the game freezes (actually it doesn't because the cheerleaders are still dancing) and I can't skip any of that but I can still pause the game. When I try to rematch or quit the match the game just stops and then well you know the drill ctrl+alt+del...
If anyone already posted this I am sorry because I am new here.

Just delete from save folder a file Settings.STG, should help
