The Charlotte Hornets and Utah Jazz restricted free agent Gordon Hayward have agreed to a four-year offer sheet at the projected maximum of $63 million that Hayward is expected to sign Thursday at 12:01 a.m., according to sources close to the process.
The Jazz, who have said for months they intend to match any offer Hayward gets, will have three days to match the offer or lose Hayward as soon as the offer sheet is signed.
Looks like after the Jazz match in three days, the Hornets will talk to Lance Stephenson.

Guess this means Cleveland are pretty confident that they have a shot at LeBron, since he was supposedly heading there for the maximum. He's a fine player, and could certainly get better still, but right now a max deal is a little too generous.

I hope the Jazz don't match this ridiculous offer but something tells me they will.

i agree i think they will too. it seems teams like to match just so they feel they dont lose a player for nothing but sometimes its best to let them go. really if they were worried they should have traded him last season. too many times teams try to hang on to a player they they either should not or know they have no chance of keeping (love). trade them when they have value (rondo) or risk watching them leave for nothing/stay at an over priced contract

Interesting. They want to keep Hayward after all

It still seems like a little too much money to invest in him, but he's still young and is already a pretty good player. In a couple of years, it could possibly look like a much better investment.
