my keys stopped working... after the update i tried to register them again but it doesnt work... acording to the payment keys option i have the keys but still i cant open asociation files like i could before.. not good ...

Still having problem with my Key even with the new update. I have full version but I can't pull up two rosters at the same time and My Friend Panel doesn't work on 2k13 rosters.

It doesn't really work for MLB 2K12.

I attempted to import some 2x resolution files for wrinkles and shadows into a stock version of global.iff and the game crashes to the desktop. I also attempted to extract the DDS files from a SCNE file and it generates a folder with no DDS files. All of this is from the same global.iff file.

I figured, okay, let's try something I'm extremely familiar with: uniforms. I wanted to increase the resolution of the scorebug logos in the game to 512x512 or at least 256x256 from the original size of 64x64. I imported a 512x512 logo to replace the old scorebug logo. I saved the file, played a game (albeit with a different global.iff) and the logo doesn't even show anymore. It's missing.

I know that there was no real guarantee for 100% full MLB2K12 file support, but I had my fingers crossed. I guess the IFF editor isn't really for us in the MLB2K community.

I will definitely admit that you are one truly talented guy, Vlad. Thanks for your hard work.

Nope it does not work for me at all either. I downloaded the new version, registered my old keys and still couldnt open association and draft class files. *sigh* Are you sure this glitch is really fixed at all?

i worked with Vlad tonight on it for people having their keys reset and unable to open the order screen, hopeful for a fix tomorrow

I edited rosted with Red MC and now I can't either load this file in game and edit it in Red MC
Could someone please help me?

Jao and I figured out another glitch yesterday, but it was really rare (could potentially happen for 30 users only) and is already fixed (i updated some info on my side).
Lots of people have already had the key issues fixed, so, please, just e-mail me, and we'll solve yours quickly.

Kccitystar, thank you for your kind words! I know, that IFF editing can come in handy for the MLB community, and will surely take a more intent look on MLB 2K12 files later this summer, when i have more free time.

Did you save with the Demo version? If yes, then the file is ruined, unfortunately. I'll reupload a new Demo with the dialog box removed next week.

vlad there are some problem:
1) you just sent me a key, i activated it and restarted the program but after i made the registration i can't open my career files.
2)When i try close and re-open the program it says that i have an unregistered version.
what can i do to solve this?

For me the problem is... After I re-register my keys, it asks me to restart the program. The next time when I start the program, the keys appear registered but no functionality is there, cannot edit anything other than rosters(while I purchased all functionality for NBA2K14, including association files, my career file and draft class files, I was able to edit them before this happened).

What I dont understand is that if I close the program and restart, I have to re-register again. This really confuses me, even if the keys aint working, why do they just disappear again and again? I can make a video for the problem I am having if necessary, its really strange. Nothing is working, and everything is so weird.

Edit: It seems that the poster above has a similar problem as I do, the difference is that I still use my old keys while he appears to have new keys. If this problem exists for new keys, it may be yet another glitch?

I have read a ton and watched a lot of tutorials and i still can't figure out how to do what I want.

I have an association file on pc that i would like to add players from a .fdc (draft class) file to. basically, the association file has a generated draft class and i would like to add real players from the 2014 class.

I have both files and i have reditor. I have tried copying the data from the draft class file to the clipboard and pasting over the draftees within the association file in reditor but i keep getting an error. is there a trick to this? can someone please help?

It seems simple but it has proven impossible for me to this point.

the columns are different in draft class files and association files

create a second association, load the real draft class, save

open both association files, copy the imported real players over the generated ones in the other one

Ok I've been trying to update the staff list to be more accurate and I need help figuring out which columns are relevant and what value they need to be displayed to work in the game.
For example I edited the first two made up head coaches to Lionel Hollins and Jeff Van Gundy, then edited the first two assistant coaches to Tyronne Lue and Alvin Gentry but when I went back to the game only Hollins and Lue were in the free agent list of coaches list.
What should the TeamID be for Free Agent coaches?
Is there another field that needs to be changed also?
Any help would be appreciated I still kinda new to this. Thanx

coach/team assignments are controlled on the teams tab, i dont know how you would make a coach a 'free agent'

I have been working on the UBR roster set and one of the main issues I am having is that certain players should be restricted free agents, but aren't for some reason. I keep setting the value under status to 1 for these players, save, and then when I reload the roster all of the changes are gone. Any idea why this is?

For instance, Nerlens Noel won't be a restricted free agent, even though he has the same settings as Michael Carter Williams. Or, players like Corey Brewer will be restricted free agents.
