You just need a good reference picture, a matching shoe file and you can just copy paste and do it from there. Same with cyberfaces.

Jao, can you teach us(me) how to do our own TURK file so that we can edit values easily?
(Example: I want to change all of their ASA_ID to 0) Does the turk function work that way?

it can, it would be easier to use the global editor though, or grab a column of all 0s and copy it over, or copy the entire ASA column to excel and change it to 0s and import it back in.

TURK is something I did something very basic in and never touched again, Vlad has tutorials on it though in the Help menu, video tuts, its in the playlist.

I downloaded nba2kxmod tool i have the latest version of java, when i open the the 2kxmodtool.jar it shows me which version of 2k i want then when i pick 2k12, its not launching. i don't know what to do, can anyone please help to make it work? thanks :'(

I tried to edit some signature shot animations using hex workshop, its hard to identify which hex are for the release and which are for shooting base. First I edit Ray Allen's signature shot, when I try Ray's shooting form, it performs a 360 after releasing the ball. L.O.L . Can someone help me or upload a video how to edit animations in the easiest way? thnx

Who knows how to edit logos?

I cannot find NBA 2KX Tool Mod for 2k14 so I use 3DM and GIMP.
It works okay with cyberfaces and jerseys but I don't know why I cannot edit logos.

I followed Jaosming (and the community) advices and tutorials but i am still in trouble with this.

Open a logofile.iff from my Nba2k14 installation folder
Save the picture file.dds (usually 0000000)
Overwrite with the logo you created
Export on the file.dds
Import the new pic in the logofile.iff
Save it

I also know that I must overwrite all the logos
in logo.large/.medium/.small/.tiny changing the risolution
(a square 512-256-128-64 should be)

Is that correct?
It works properly with cyberfaces and uniforms.
Should I add layer mask?
Mistakes?
