Anyone else ever have a problem with the product key not copy-pasting into the text box in the registration window?

I paid for a license a few weeks ago to be able to edit draft classes in an association file. (.fxg)

the key i received didn't allow me to do that, so i just ordered another.

now the second one won't let me do that either. i am beyond pissed off. i emailed vlad and hopefully this gets resolved. do you guys have any ideas on what i might try?

Just be patient. I can vouch for Vlad when I tell you that he will look into what the issue is and he will contact you or send you what you would need in order to be able to use those additions. One thing to remember is that if you are here in the US, Vlad halfway around the world so we are talking I think 12-14 hours difference. For some reason my computer ID changed last week and I was unable to use the entire RED MC minus a roster file and I emailed Vlad last Thursday and by Saturday he got back to me via e-mail and we communicated back and forth for about 30 minutes and he was able resolve the issue and now all is good. I again say just be patient, Vlad provides excellent customer service when users are having problems with RED MC.

Shoot Vlad an email with your new Computer ID (you can get it from the registration window). He'll be able to fix you up.

Oh yeah I found out the reason why there were phantom players in the rosters. I did not use the original rosters file as base, instead I used UBR's 2013 rosters. The problem is that the original rosters have 1662 IDs, but UBR's 2013 rosters only have 1634. For this reason, about 28 players are missing and if they are assigned to active NBA teams, they will appear as phantom. I redid my rosters with the original rosters as base file, and it works normally now, no more phantoms. Cheers!

So is iff file editor going to be a new paid tab? And the power forward fix a free column in players tab? Thanks

The Goto3pointline thing is a free column in the players tab, right next to playinitiator

iff editing isn't a tab. Its just a different UI from the normal roster editor.
Opinions are my own.

@ Jao - Do you know if Vlad found any other player tendencies? I'd be ecstatic if and how often a player sets a pick and uses a pick in "freelance" situations.

What makes this mod “sim”? Here are a few of the features that set this project apart from all others:

- Every art file (jerseys, arenas, cyberfaces, accessories, courts, dornas (advertisement at half court), etc is realistic and none will crash game play
- There is no missing art file in the entire project

Every player in every roster has:
- Accurate statistical ratings and tendencies to work with 2k's simulation engine while still providing realistic game play
- Realistic ratings and tendencies that affect game play but not the simulation engine ie dribbling, athletic ratings, post tendencies, etc.
- Realistic physical attributes that decrease after major injuries or as the player gets older
- Accurate play types
- Accurate contracts

- Accurately updated Coaching profiles and playbooks

- Draft classes that have realistic player information for every player

- A few slider sets designed to be a base for realistic game play

That was in 2k13. We don't have access to them so far this year, as far as I know. Last year we could edit:

Use Pick
Set Pick
Iso
Set Screen
Use Screen
Post Up
Spot Up

If we could simply check those on or off like "leak to 3PT line", I'd be happy.

Well it seems that there is a problem with rosters generated from association mode using Red_MC, for some reason my Power Forwards do not go inside the paint and instead wait at the three point line to shoot long range jumpers. It does not work this way in association mode games if I play, but in quick games after I load the rosters it appears like this and its frustrating since my PFs cannot shoot threes, its essentially 4 on 5 offense if he chucks threes. It happens to both PFs in my rosters, so I guess it has nothing to do with the players themselves, its the rosters issue. I heard that Red_MC's glitch caused this, I am not sure of this so I think I'd better ask here. Does anyone else experience the same issue?

So id like to move teams around to new cities for example move charlotte bobcats in the 1978 roster to oklohama city. Was wondering what tabs ill need to purchase to have it work properly? I assume ill need "teams, jerseys and arenas" but is there anything else (besides players in order to put guys on the team) Thanks

Hi, Vald, do you know how to make shaq more aggressive. Shaq in 2k14 is too soft. He can't dunk under basket.

I did check the play_style column, and both my PFs' playstyle is 22, the same as Zach Randolph. I dont suppose Zach Randolph's playstyle is to wait at three point line chucking threes? Is it the play_style column or not? Otherwise what is the name of this column? o_o

"Goto3pointline" will be a column in the next version of REDitor which is supposed to be released soon. You will not see this column in the current release.

umm so I will just have to wait for the next release then? And if so its confirmed the Red_MC does cause PFs to stand at the three point line by default?

Yes, you have to wait for the next release. I can't confirm that RED_MC causes that. Maybe someone else can give you that answer.
