Thanks to Durant, Westbrook and the refs, OKC is headed back to the WCF. Though I think the Spurs have a better shot against the Heat, the Thunder are built to beat the Spurs. Thunder in 6.

Much depends on Tony Parker's harmstring. If he can get back to full health I see a slight edge for the Spurs, if not OKC in 6.
Fri May 16, 2014 3:58 pm
Thunder in 6 if Parker and Ibaka stays down
Fri May 16, 2014 5:08 pm
San Antonio is fucked. Sonics in 5.
Fri May 16, 2014 5:13 pm
Thunder in 4.

Thunder is fucked. Spurs in 5.

Really tough call, though whichever way it goes, I see it going seven games. I'll go ahead and pick the Spurs.

Old vs New. Spurs would be nothing without Parker but then there's still Adams in OKC. Thunder in 6

I was going to pick the Thunder but then Ibaka got injured. He's one of the most durable players in the league and doesn't miss games. But he never came back in the last game. This is alarming. So I will go with the Spurs in 6.

Hopefully 3 days of rest is good enough for Ibaka to rest his calf. Thunder in 6.

Spurs dominate the Blazers and yet people doubt them.
Spurs in 6.

Thudner in 6

Spurs in 6.

Ibaka confirmed out for the season.
Parker day to day.
No good defender for Tim Duncan now, up to him to carry the Spurs.

What a bummer. Last year it was the Westbrook that went down, this season it's Ibaka. The Spurs now have the clear advantage interior.
I am guessing it will be Collison that will see a huge boost in role but I also think Adams will be a x-factor in this series. He's the best blocker they have now.

This always fcking happens when the thunder is pushing for the title, Somebody goes down and they lose.

Unleash the #7 ranked player in the real plus-minus stat category, Nick Collison!

Adams vs Duncan.... uh-oh

The worn down Thunder don't yet have what it takes to beat the Pop-machine. Spurs in 6.
Sat May 17, 2014 5:42 pm
Spurs in 5.
Sat May 17, 2014 7:17 pm
OKC without Ibaka means weak rim protection and weaker D at all ,Spurs in 6
Sun May 18, 2014 12:32 am
With Ibaka out I might even say Spurs in 5. Durant/Westbrook & Ibaka's 17-18 foot jumper is the only offense they have.
Good warm up series for Kaw'i.
Sun May 18, 2014 3:10 am
This is quite interesting as the Thunder managed to sweep the Spurs in the regular season
Sun May 18, 2014 5:55 am
