question.. do u guys also have problems with wrong lenght of contracts ? did u edit any contracts ?

Same here. I hope Sir Albys could update it, and also the ratings and contracts of the coaching staff. A lot of them have a long and overpaid contracts with bad ratings specially my Mavs. I'm stuck with my staff for 3 seasons because of my prospect scout's contract for 6M/yr.

-If u just Simulate the association the Dallas Mavericks & LAC never go to the Playoffs but the Minnesota Timberwolfes and the Denver Nuggets will Go everytime and with high seeds...






-Kevin Durant's scoring goes down every year. In the first Season he can score 30.2 PPG, in the Next 22.0, in the next 2 season something like 20 to 21.6, in the other 18.6.
-Other Problem is that some players have wrong draft teams like Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka that is said that they have been selected by Chicago:


--Other Problem is the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers (the players are vastly overated) have the 1st and 2nd best offense of the NBA???

Why Roy Hibbert have a better overall rating than Marc Gasol,Tyson Chandler ,Brook Lopez, Nikola Vucevic, Dirk Nowitzki, Andre Drummond, Greg Monroe, Omer Asik, Nikola Pekovic, Andrew Bogut, Marcin Gortat, Jonas Valanciunas, Kevin Garnett, David West...

Maybe Hibbert is a bit overrated but dont forget Roy was much better during regular season...

about Nuggets they had some injury trouble during the season:

- Javale Mcgee Fractured left leg early season
- Nate Robinson ACL sprain begining 2014
- JJ hickson end of season problems

With everybody healthy they have a rather good team but there not so deep..did u try changing there injuries with Red MC ?

but i agree an update would be great !! i started using RED MC myself and changed somethings...

- updated injuries and players coming back from injuries like kobe, nash and rose lower rated
- gave some players higher or lower ratings...

it works quite ok..

now just find a way to use ASSOCIATION TODAY MODE and change the draft class persons without the game crashing

A 7' 2" center that only have 13.5 PER, 43.9 % FG%, 6.6 Rebounds per game (B+ in game) (Note: 6.6 almost the same with Dirk Nowitzki (6.2) that have a C+ in game in this category in game)

Yeah okay i guess i agree.... in that case we could also say that Josh Smith is rather overrated.. ( and KG ) Kevin has not played well for a long time..

Albys, or anybody, can you please add other coaches without current teams like Stan van Gundy, Steve Kerr, etc... And I'm re-upping my problem again, Kevin Durant's scoring is going down every year. He's not his efficient self too, sometimes going 3-14ish in games.

In Association mode, there are players signing with negative figures that results in teams having billions of cap space. also, there are those get retained at no cost ($0 salary). Is there a fix?

Looking for feedback - does anyone have a preference or fair value to place the defensive assist at under the controller setup? It is currently at 50, but I was wondering if anyone lowered it - and if so - to what.

i put it on 20 !! it really helps ... otherwise when cpu plays pick and roll and ur not really close to your man ur big man takes over defence of the cpu pg.. but the problem to me is that it happens to fast ... so making it 20 made my game easier !! i play superslim sliders

BTW wondering if anybody knows how to correctly adjust the development of KEVIN DURANT using REDMC so he wont get worse after years go... noticed his potential is only B .. is that the problem ?? also lebron stays 99 very long... maybe change his peek end ??

20-25 seems to be the sweet spot for me also. Any higher and my CPU teammates take over on defense way too quickly. Going for a steal, leaving my man "open" just a bit, and all of the sudden the Center comes running out of the paint, leaving his man wide open for an easy basket.

I had it at 50 for one game, the Heat scored 43 points in the paint in 2 quarters, out of their 51 total points!

But as I'm not a big modder and there are not many things that I would like to change in Albys or Med's roster buying the licence is not an option for me

Players section has Injury Type and Ingury Days Left tables. But I think they only works for quick matches and not for Association Mod.
I have downloaded the latest official roster, that has editions in this tabs (players like Bryant or Rose are injured) but in Association Mod all players are active.
Or I'm wrong?

but in free mode u cant open association files... when changing your roster 2k wil reset injuries when starting association... it will not reset contracts and stats... but as said u need some license .. i know cause i tried. !

For the life of me, I cannot consistently hit open 3's. Even with the 3pt slider at 99 and my 3pt shooting attribute at 99, with A+ timing I miss 80% of the OPEN 3's I take. I thought this was a timing issue at first, but I guess I'll have to switch to real player %.

You don't have to use RED MC. You can easily use the Aleczou's trainer and injure the players that way for the remainder of the season.

I am, with absolutely nothing adjusted. I didn't have the problem before, or maybe I didn't notice it since I was still getting used to my shot timing and my player wasn't very good. Now he is, I have the timing down perfectly and most of my wide open 3's are rimming out. It's like my player releases the ball slightly to the left or right, I can see instantly if it will hit or not. Perhaps this can be blamed on the hot zones? Just a thought...

EDIT: I have used different shooting forms, with the same results when it comes to hitting wide open 3's. I actually hit more contested 3's then I hit them when wide open.
EDIT2: Alright, I've just done a little more testing, and this is becoming even stranger... Contested shots are fine, I have no problems with them. Open 3's, are a different matter. When I have a perfect release (Excellent & A+), I will always miss. When I make this an A-, or a B+ I will hit the shots in a normal rate just like it's supposed to be. So the only time I seem to be missing open 3's is when it's a perfect release...
