Assign different brand of shoes to players?

I noticed a lot of players has been switching shoe brands in the NBA (i.e: Raymond felton who went from adidas to UA), while in 2K13 certain players would be restricted to wearing one brand of shoes only.
Is there anyway I can change it in 2k13 so players aren't restricted to wearing just their original assigned brand?
