84 Retro Team Roster - 84 Teams in a Single Roster, NOT 1984

Hi guys ! Where should i copy the black arm fixes files ? I copied them in the directory of the game in Program Files and it did not work . Can somebody send me his directory with the black arm fixes files included ? Many thanks !!
