This is because the game is started with wrong calculation of your video aspect ratio (2K problem)
In second quater the game recalculates aspect ration and from then it is correct. You may see it from scoreboard that is centered (second pic).

You can fasten the recalculation. After the first score in the game, go to Gamestats/Box score.
Highlight the player who scored, the video behind his name will be played.
This video gives a sign for the game to recalculate aspect ratio.

You have to move your watermark to the left so it will be in correct position after 'recalculation'

Yes, it works with Xbox Live Gold account and updates text depending on what Miscorosoft servers transmit
