Hey man, I can do this but I can't change tendencies.

The thing is I have to set the stats in the creation screen and theres not a Draft position cheat out yet that I know of so i can't guarantee that he will end up on the Hawks.

The things I can guarantee though:
Pete's face
Twitter tag
All the SP you want

Here are the stats I can change before going in to the Rookie Showcase:

So basically you have 2 choices, tell me what stats you want me to put on him before I start the Rookie Showcase and I can play and try to get you on the Hawks.

OR

I can just start as a normal 66 overall player and have you put on any team with 100,000 SP then you can demand a trade to the Hawks.

He won't end up on the Rockets though, I know that 100% sure because its impossible to be drafted in to the Rockets this year.

Not possible. I have to play the Rookie Showcase as my own player just with the name "Pete Maravich" and then once i'm already on a team i go in to "Edit Player" and change his face with the trainer.
