For the last time, it's legal. They're password recovery tools, which can be used to get back into Windows when you forget your password. They're
not cracks. Talking about that stuff is against the rules, so as the webmaster/administrator I'm obviously not going to do that. It wouldn't set a very good example, after all.

It's a matter of downloading the program, burning the .iso to a disc, using it to boot your computer and then following the prompts to activate the account. It may be a bit advanced for some users, so you may want to ask someone who knows a thing or two about fixing computers to help out with that.
If this is all sounding too advanced, you might just want to ask someone you know who's good with computers to help you activate the default administrator account, which you can use to give administrator access to your regular account through the Windows Control Panel.
