fictional jerseys

I want to request or learn how to make these jerseys. Red away and blue alt. They are basically the TEAM USA jerseys with full stripe and little stars inside the stripe and with late 90's script and numbers. So i'm assuming it shouldn't be that hard to make if i have never edited jerseys before?
